At STALEKS PRO, we stand by the professional quality of our precision tools and offer a 14-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure all beauty instruments remain in their factory-sealed hygiene wrap to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused instruments in their original casing and use a sturdy shipping box with protective padding to prevent damage to the precision edges during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier service to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the tools are in original, sterile condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
